I would have liked the delivery driver to take it to our suite rather than have us all go down to the loading dock and drag it upstairs. Our company is just one suite in the whole building. And, it really isn't delivered until it makes it into our premises.

We are overall very happy with the product and especially the service provided! Elie and Tiran are extremely professional and accommodating, both were an absolute pleasure to work with; especially Elie’s patience in regards to the design, and last minute changes, were more than appreciated! Olive’s coordination was flawless, she is another great asset! Five Stars across the board; the product's four star rating is based on the limited amount of color choices for the base, the edging, some caps, the pedestals and other components. For instance, we would have decided for additional privacy screens had it not been for the poor color choice (black only!?) of the components that are holding the actual screens (they should come in the same exact colors as the partitions or at least in silver). Also, the black cables for the light fixtures under the shelving are visible and (again) are only available in black!? The cables should really be integrated into the panels. With other words, they should be invisible; at a minimum they should come in basic color choices that would make them less noticeable in front of the fabric covered panels. The overall quality of the product appears to be excellent.

It's been a pleasure working with you and we would certainly work with you again. The only problem was that it was not communicated to us where some of the product was being stored in our office and given that we were in the middle of a move, it ended up mixed up with items marked for disposal. In the future, an itemized list of anything left on site would be appreciated.

I felt I could have been told more about the product up-front. I might not have ordered it but I would have looked at other products you sold. There are small details that can not be seen in a catalog that could have been explained. The pricing was what I wanted to pay making it satisfactory but the quality was not there making it "you get what you pay for"

The cubicles are high quality. The design service was precision. It was a tight fit to begin with and the cubicle fit perfectly. Good communication and fast delivery.
