Not only did they screw up delivery and weren’t very communicating. They sent the wrong stuff! Awesome job guys!!!! On top of that the quality was crap!!! So disappointed, especially for the price!!!

We are terribly sorry that this customer had a negative experience, and wish we could communicate with him to understand where we went wrong so we can make things right - that's what we're here for! We've tried emailing and calling Mr. Pagan several times with no response.

All items in the order shipped and delivered within the timeframe promised. Even after Mr. Pagan accidentally placed the order as "free freight to a loading dock" when there was no dock - our customer service team caught and corrected the mistake before anything shipped, extended liftgate services at no charge, and still got it there in time. We've triple checked all paperwork, and from what we can see, all items arrived exactly as ordered.

We're happy that Mr. Pagan liked our design services enough to give it 4-stars, although we never provided any on this order. And we're sad that he gave our installation services only 1-star, but we never provided that service either, as he ordered all items with self-assembly.

Our policy is to do everything within reason to keep customers happy always, and we stand by that. We wish you and your exclamation points well, Mr. Pagan. We're still here and ready to help if you choose to return our calls.
