Cubicles.com Warranty: Our Promise

Cubicles.com stands behind where you sit with our variable 10-Year Quality Warranty on all of the products we sell and service.

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any defected item(s) will be repaired or replaced at our cost, including transportation to the original ship to location with the following qualifications.

New and remanufactured cubicle products are backed by a 10 Year Warranty applicable to the original purchaser.

Cubicle and case good products that are sold "as-is" are covered by a 30-Day Warranty against installation defect. Minor material defects carry no warranty.

In the case of remanufactured cubicle product; any product, part, or component must be installed and maintained in accordance with the guidelines published by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in order to be eligible for coverage under this warranty.

Cubicles.com shall have no liability under this warranty with respect to any product which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration or repair by anyone other than cubicles.com.

Product must be used in combination with compatible parts, components whether they be from the OEM or cubicles.com

Cost of labor to replace the defective item(s) is the sole responsibility of cubicles.com.  The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

All high contact parts are covered for up to 1-Year and include: Kickplates, Work Surfaces, Fabrics, Counter tops, Overheads, Pedestals, Filing Cabinets, and Electrical Components.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Cubicles.com liability shall be limited solely to repair and/or replacement of products sold, should product in total or any component thereof be deemed defective.

Of course cubicles.com cannot be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use or inability to use the product.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied we will do our utmost (bend over backwards, jump through hoops, run the marathon) to make sure you are. We cannot, however be responsible for events beyond our control.
