One pedestal file cabinet for 5' x 5' size and two pedestal file cabinets for all other sizes. Filing pedestals and overhead bins are lockable. All panels include adjustable floor glides and built-in removable kick plates along the bottom to route concealed wires. All work surfaces include a half-round cord management grommet hole at the rear-center. All lighting is LED, UL-listed and easy-installs underneath metal overheads with integrated magnets.
COLORS & MATERIALS:
These office workstations have panels upholstered in Drift fabric (grey/beige), durable flush-mounted black resin kick plates, metal components powder coated in either White or Silver, laminate work surfaces available in three colors: White, Urban Walnut, Espresso. All panel frames and raceways, filing pedestals, overheads and shelves are made from 100% recyclable steel. Configurations that include glass-top panels feature real glass and precision-engineered metal frames.

This modular office furniture is warranted from the date of purchase, against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
- Lifetime Warranty on all metal and plastic component parts, including panels/raceways/covers, connectors/rods/trims, hardware, overheads/shelves and worksurfaces.
- 5 years on electrical components and lighting.
- 5 years on moving parts, including glides, suspensions, casters and keyboard mechanisms.

This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.
Your Modular Office Furniture will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.
Your Office Workstations 39H Non Powered will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access.
