Knoll Cubicles for a Customer Service Call Center

We can design your office floor plan to engage users both functionally and visually. We’ll use cockpit-shaped work surfaces and 120° angled panels. These elements encourage more comfortable interaction with technology, while inviting the eye to playfully flow through the workspace along the curves.

The staggered sightlines in this Customer Service Call Center Layout help users feel connected to their co-workers while still maintaining an element of personal space in an otherwise open environment. Bonus features include personal storage lockers under the desktops and panel supported benches that can support up to 600lbs.

Knoll Workstations for Space Maximization

Our Benching Layout provides adequate workspace with cushion-top seated height storage units that encourage casual interactions and subtly define the perimeters for each work area. Frosted glass desk dividers maintain just a bit of visual privacy without sacrificing the intent of open office collaboration. A panel integrated hanging slat rail system helps keep desktops organized and clutter free (at least in theory).

Knoll Systems for Collaborative Teamwork

A smart space plan for shared office spaces includes variety. You need areas for heads down focused work, storage islands that can double as informal work areas, and common meeting areas where everyone can pull up a chair. Mixing and matching Equity panel heights can help define each of these spaces.

Use low 42”H panels to keep separate work areas defined, but allow seated eye contact between workers. Move up to 49”H or 54”H panels for a little more privacy while seated. When you need more optimal privacy while standing, choose 61”H or 66”H panels.

Centerline Modularity

Centerline Modularity is at the heart of these modern cubicles. Each panel joins together with a universal, cylindrical, steel post connector. This translates into two primary benefits of the system.

First, a universal connector is a brilliant way to simplify the components of a modular cubicle system; why have four or five different types of connectors when just one type can do the job?  Fewer parts mean fewer headaches.

Second, “centerline” dimensioning means that the connection post is incorporated into the width of the panels. In most other systems, the connection hardware is a component that adds inches of “creep space” at every connection point in the total office design. But not with Equity! These saved inches can really make a difference in a large cubicle layout.
