Royal Palm Companies (RPC Holdings) is a Miami-based real estate development firm known for creating luxury residential and mixed-use projects like Paramount Miami Worldcenter and Legacy Hotel & Residences. They focus on premium locations, innovative design, and wellness-centered living, making them a leader in high-end urban development in South Florida.

For this project, we were selected to design the layout, supply, and install office cubicles in Miami for RPC’s modern workspace. The office layout featured commercial furniture system tailored for optimized workflow and functionality. Key elements included cubicles with sliding doors, in a sleek white finish to maintain a clean, professional aesthetic; with strategically placed power infeeds. This project highlights our ability to deliver comprehensive office design solutions in Miami.

The workspace layout featured cubicle desks with a spacious desktop and 67-inch-high walls to support privacy. The 6-pack configuration, measuring 19'2" x 10'9", was assembled to maximize efficiency within the designated area. The integration of power in-feeds allowed for a streamlined electrical setup to support workplace technology and connectivity, a crucial feature for any modern office.

This project successfully merged functional design with modular office functionality, creating an office environment that enhances productivity while maintaining aesthetic simplicity. The new office cubicle installation provides RPC with a professional, efficient, and adaptable workspace that aligns with their brand identity.
