After signing a lease for new Florida office space in Ocala, office furniture and office design services were at the top of their to-do list. We were excited to get started on their call center office project.
The client sought our expertise in office space utilization to maximize their 5,650 available square feet with call center workstations. They wanted practical and efficient business furniture that would support the digital workflows of their call center customer service team.
Our office space planner quickly whipped up a smart office layout using the O2™ Corporate Office Furniture line based on twelve 6-person workstation clusters, pulling electrical & data cables from the dropped office ceiling via ceiling power pole.
Each customer service desk has a generously sized 60”W x 30”D laminate worktop and an integrated writable whiteboard panel tile to assign customer service ticket numbers. Making a green effort to be a paper-free company, all files are stored digitally so there was no need to specify filing drawers for these call center cubicles.
To add a splash of color to the earth-tone office color palette for a bright & happy workplace, each cubicle row shows a teal blue acoustic panel fabric on the 53”H wing panels from our O2 Style Finish Program.
The RealTruck team opted to handle the office furniture installation on their own. Equipped with screw guns, muscle, and a can-do attitude, they assembled all 69 stations in about 5 days. The money they saved surely resulted in enough funds to buy a new set of all terrain grippers and a snowplow. Just in case it snows in Ocala.
