Centers Plan for Healthy Living
Centers Health Care began with one 77-bed nursing home in 1996. Now they’re the largest post-acute healthcare provider in NY, caring for nearly 400,000 lives per year. The CHC network maintains over 5,000 skilled nursing beds, the largest private ambulance company in NY, numerous managed care programs and services, and 4 home health care agencies, one of which is Centers Plan for Healthy Living.
They recently set their sights on expanding beyond NY and the tri-state area. After providing cubicle furniture and casegoods furniture to well over 1,000 employees in their northern facilities over the years, our office interiors and design team was delighted to follow them to sunny Florida!
The majority of the commercial floorplan for this space was a wide open office floor, surrounded by small private offices around the perimeter. This was a key detail our client wanted to find when searching for their new office space in Florid, because they required a functional space that could accommodate well over 100 employees all working together. We developed a smart office furniture plan using O2 Customer Support Furniture in team clusters of 5-10, with enough space to fit a total of 131 small cubicles sized 2’x5’.
Centers stepped away from their normal design profile for other facilities we’ve furnished for them. This time they chose to go with blue cubicles! A great choice for an office by the sea, the choice of aquatic blue for the fabric partitions with a sandy white woodgrain for the work surfaces created a stunning and bold office design.
