They own over 400 properties including residential, commercial, and hotels. They also have significant investments in a carefully curated selection of securities and private businesses as well as energy, oil, and gas.
With a company description like that, it’s no wonder we had a really nice budget to work with for their office remodel project at HQ. We were tasked with providing luxury office furniture for three private offices overlooking 57th Street in NYC. The main priorities: they wanted furniture for small offices that would not only make the most of the space available, but also make a big style statement with elegant desks and smartly designed storage… something that implied esteem, with just a touch of opulence.
The Canadian manufacturer Logiflex has a desk & storage wall system with great designs, great flexibility, and great finish options. With ample modular storage components, our office designer created unique, customized storage arrangements for each office. One executive office layout places a marble top office desk in the center of the room, backed by a full wall of drawers, shelves, and closets behind it. The other two offices also feature a white marble desktop configured into an L shaped desk with the storage wall along the side including drawers, cabinets, open shelves, and a floating wall cabinet.
We’ve done business with Lefrak for a number of years and consider them a great asset to our office furniture dealership. We look forward to many more projects in the future!
