LeFrak is a family-owned real-estate company that focuses on residential and financial sectors of the real-estate world. The company manages a vast property, concentrated in New York/New Jersey area, as well as Florida and the West Coast.
This project involved redesigning the entire basement of the management office in Corona, Queens, with the goal of complementing the amazing industrial feel of the space. We achieved a modern and elegant look by blending together different materials such as fabric, wood, metal, and glass, as well as a combination of finishes.
