Statement
For over 125 years Berkshire Farm Center & Services for Youth has worked to support and improve the lives of children who have experienced unresolved trauma. They have over 100 programs and services available to families throughout New York State to help them live safely, independently, and productively within their home communities.
Our office interior design team helped this client furnish a small call support room in their Buffalo, NY offices with 16 call center cubicles comprised of short cubicle walls to facilitate frequent communication among the workers. The low panel partitions also help prevent the team members from feeling “boxed in” within the confines of the small room. The resulting open office environment allows the natural light from the windows to fill the room.
Being a responsible nonprofit, the organization needed to make sure their office furnishings were as affordable as possible without sacrificing quality. We saved them money by specifying their call center furniture with nice, professional looking finishes from our Budget Series program.
