Team members may not always see eye to eye, but this 2-sided desk arrangement from O2 NOW™ can certainly help provide the opportunity. When the work at hand requires that people stop, collaborate, and listen to one another, it’s important to make sure that your office furniture setup supports and facilitates that need.
This configuration includes 2 stations in a mirrored arrangement (facing each other), defined by 39”H cubicle walls that provide a subtle boundary, structural support, and channels for network/data cables (plus electricity, if you buy the powered model). Desk widths can be 60” or 72”.
You must purchase one cubicle power whip for every powered configuration in your order. One infeed can support up to 16 duplex outlets. You’ll need a licensed electrician to hardwire the office furniture system into your building's power grid.
We recommend using an IT professional to handle the network data cabling. If you don’t have service providers of your own, let us know and we can help.
The standard options provided here offer the best pricing and fastest shipping for collaborative office furniture. Customizations are available upon request and subject to minimum quantities, plus added production time & cost. Seating sold separately.
The 2” thick open office cubicle panels have adjustable floor glides and detachable 5”H base covers on both sides of the panel that conceal network/data cables, which can route up to each desktop through a half-round grommet hole in the work surfaces. Each station has a small file cabinet on wheels with a lock & key.
Yellow tinted desk partitions on the 3D schematics indicate electrical components integrated into the raceways, including 2 duplex outlets (4 plugs) per desk. It’s an 8-wire, 4-circuit system with 1 dedicated circuit.
COLORS & MATERIALS:
The O2 NOW™ Office Benching System has neutral grey/beige cubicle fabric, durable flush-mounted black resin kick plates, and laminate work surfaces. Metal components including panel frames and filing pedestals are 100% recyclable steel and powder coated in either white or silver. Open office desk setups that include windows have clear tempered glass and metal frames.

This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.
Your Office Benching will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.
Your Benching Systems 39H Powered Panels will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access.
