Manufacturer’s warranty: We pledge to repair or replace, at our option, any defective products or components due to material or workmanship issues for as long as you, the original purchaser, own them.

Five-Year Coverage: Includes glides, casters, polymer components, upholstery (fabrics and leather), foam, armrests, chrome components, adjustable work surfaces, laminates, veneer finishes, drawer glides, electrical parts, cabinets, mobile systems, and components with moving parts or controls.

Normal commercial use is defined as a 40-hour workweek. If the product exceeds this usage, the warranty will be reduced proportionally.

You'll receive your classroom seating right at your doorstep via UPS/FEDEX Ground, with tracking provided. If you order 5 or more, we may need to ship the items differently (Curbside or Freight) and will contact you before shipment if we need to make special arrangements. Ordering 25 or more? Contact us ahead of time and we’ll be happy to confirm availability and make delivery arrangements (additional delivery costs or product discounts may apply).

ASSEMBLY:

Your ball chair will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access. If your delivery requires stairs, non-business hours, or union labor, please contact us ahead of time for a special quote.
