Manufacturer’s warranty: We pledge to repair or replace, at our option, any defective products or components due to material or workmanship issues for as long as you, the original purchaser, own them.
Five-Year Coverage: Includes glides, casters, polymer components, upholstery (fabrics and leather), foam, armrests, chrome components, adjustable work surfaces, laminates, veneer finishes, drawer glides, electrical parts, cabinets, mobile systems, and components with moving parts or controls.
Normal commercial use is defined as a 40-hour workweek. If the product exceeds this usage, the warranty will be reduced proportionally.
