Statement
MedPro Billing provides medical billing and patient management solutions to the mental health and substance abuse community.
They acquired a new office space in Fort Lauderdale and hired our office interiors team to handle the commercial space planning, furniture specification, and cubicle installation. We had two mirrored long and narrow office spaces to work with and needed to maximize the office square footage with call center workstation furniture.
For primarily phone & computer work, each clerk only needed a small rectangular desk with drawers. Our cubicle design brought 4-person desk clusters off the demising walls to simplify circulation. This placement also made it easier to hardwire the cubicle systems into the building’s electrical grid, providing each desk with electrical outlets.
At the back of the room are slightly larger L-shaped workstations for the supervisors, who can easily see through the eye-level cubicle windows to keep an eye on the day’s activities & productivity.
The O2™ range of corporate office furniture offers a plethora of colors for office cubicles furniture. A bright sea blue cubicle fabric paired with pale folkstone gray desk surfaces was fitting for an office by the beach.
