These small cubicles feature a low profile panel height geared more towards open, social-feeling engagement and collaboration, rather than privacy. The state of the art design of the system provides an abundance of seamlessly integrated features that are needed in a cubicle office layout. Balancing between simplicity and modern aesthetics, this workstation offers a hassle-free solution for the ever-demanding corporate environment.
This particular configuration includes 2 cubicles (in a row) with 39 inch panel height. For workspace area you can choose 4’W desks with 2, 3, or 4’D side panels, depending on the size of your office space. For very small offices that need to fit as many people as possible, we also offer 3’W desks with 2’D side panels. These cubicles are powered, so you can plug your electronic devices directly into the panel power sockets.
You will also need to purchase 1 electrical infeed for EVERY single or multipack in your order. 1 infeed can power up to 8 stations and 16 outlets Click Here for infeed options.
You should also provide your own electrician and IT personnel to connect the furniture system wiring into your building's power or data grid. If you don’t have electrical and data connection service providers of your own, let us know and we can help!
Please carefully consider your choice of panel height using these basic & simplified criteria:
• Highly collaborative/zero audio/visual mitigation ⇒ 39”H or lower
• Open office/collaborative workflows ⇒ either 47” or 53”
• Independent/focused work ⇒ high-privacy cubicle walls of 67”
A combination of multiple panel heights - optimally positioned - can provide a degree of mix-use, but not ideally suited for privacy.

COLORS & MATERIALS:
This hot desk has panels upholstered in Drift fabric (grey/beige), durable flush-mounted black resin kick plates, metal components powder coated in either White or Silver, and laminate work surfaces available in three colors: White, Medium Tone and Dark Tone. All panel frames and raceways, filing pedestals, overheads and shelves are made from 100% recyclable steel. Configurations that include glass-top panels feature real glass and metal frames.

Please consider all factors influencing color perception when choosing panel fabric, work surface laminate, and trim paint colors. Natural or artificial light, time of day, and surrounding colors in your office environment all can influence ones visual perception of color.

This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.
Your Hot Desking will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.

DIY Self-Assembly by skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly is possible for small (< 6) projects. Support is limited to the resources found on this page. Cubicles do not ship with easy-to-follow illustrated instructions.
DIY is not supported for large quantity projects.
We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches.
If the thought of panel rails, 2, 3 & 4-way connectors, cantilevers, electrical whips, base power infeed’s, screw guns and lock cores give you pause, select our Fully Assembled Option for your peace of mind.
Our qualified team of Professional Furniture Installers will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access. If your delivery requires stairs, non-business hours, or union labor, please contact us ahead of time for a special quote.
