Mode Realty Group is a distinguished full-service real estate brokerage firm serving Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and Nampa in the scenic Treasure Valley. They strive to go above and beyond to provide the best service in Idaho real estate.
The team relocated to new upmarket Boise office space. The building has an industrial interior design style with polished concrete floor, white walls and black frame glass wall partitions.
They were looking for a luxury office furniture style with an affordable price tag to furnish their client facing workspace. They wanted an impressive modern reception desk, a tech-savvy media lounge for scrolling through listings on the big screen, and small meeting room furniture for a few enclosed offices when it’s time for a client to sign on the dotted line.
When real estate buyers first enter the space, they’re greeted at a smoked walnut Enchant U shaped reception desk. Then they’re escorted to a showstopping centerpiece, the Intima collaborative seating system, to have a seat in front of the media wall. A standing height counter wraps around the back of this multipurpose furniture with bar height chairs to serve as an additional pause area.
The team of 8 agents are usually in the field or the meeting spaces but needed simple call center desks to touch down with a phone and computer from time to time. We used Optima™ Open Office Workstations in a staggered “zig zag” desk configuration with frosted glass divider screens and ultra-modern white office chairs with light blue chair cushions.
Our office design team thoughtfully curated all business furniture pieces to suit the contemporary office interior and the collaborative workspace culture, so the team can be at their best with clients.
