I worked with Kareem Asfahani and his service was off the charts good. I was an admittedly very difficult customer and he helped every step of the way. Once the sale was complete and product was being built and shipped the tremendous did not stop. Quickly and professionally answered every question and request for an update that I had. We are a start up business, so needless to say we have a lot of set up going on, in all areas of our company. Ordering the cubicles and working with Raluca and Maria has been one of the best experiences I\'ve had with setting up our office. The design team provided excellent information about the dimensions of certain products to make sure they would fit in our space. Thankfully they were able to point out that our original choice of cubicles would not fit in the space we had given them. Everything that was promised was delivered in a timely basis. The staff at Cubicles.com was very friendly and willing to help. They setup two webex meetings with us to do real time revisions to our workspace design which saved us a lot of time. Also, we had a couple missing panels on the shipping and some minor damage from shipping and they replaced all right away. I would definitely recommend them to others.
